Sean Vangenderen

Sean VanGenderen, MHR has a diverse range of work experience. Sean began their career as a Tour Guide at Alaska Coach Tours in 2012 before transitioning into roles at Madison County School District, where they served as a Transportation Professional and later as a Training Specialist. In 2014, Sean worked as a Teacher Assistant at BYU-Idaho. Sean then joined Nestlé, where they participated in their Human Resources Development Program as a Trainee and later as an Intern. Following this, Sean worked as an HR Generalist at Nestlé / Buitoni Food Company from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at McCain Foods as an HR Innovation Project Lead NA, having previously held positions as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Specialist.

Sean VanGenderen, MHR holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, which they completed in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2015. In 2007, they obtained another Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from Boise State University.
