Vivian Irizarry

Vivian Irizarry has extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in roles related to research and development, product development, and team leadership. Vivian most recently worked at McCain Foods as the Director of Global Quality Sensory. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Product Development at Imbibe, where they led a team and managed a portfolio of projects for custom beverage systems. Vivian also held various positions at Mars and Wrigley, including PMO and Change Management Lead, R&D Director, and R&D Director for Middle East & Africa. Additionally, Irizarry gained experience at Kraft Foods as an Engineer, focusing on product and process development in the Cheese/Dairy and Pizza divisions.

Vivian Irizarry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico, which they obtained from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, they completed coursework in Culinary Arts - Professional Cookery and Baking & Pastry at Kendall College from 2000 to 2002. Furthermore, they earned a Certificate in Coaching/Leadership Development from Accomplishment Coaching - ICF Accredited Program in 2008 and 2009. In 2010 and 2011, they pursued a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Vivian also holds certifications as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, obtained in 2020, and an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation, obtained in March 2022.
