Alan Castle serves as the Senior Director of Channel & Category Development at McCain Foods since February 2007, contributing to customer and consumer satisfaction through delicious food offerings. Prior to this role, Alan held several key positions within McCain Foods (GB) Ltd from 1999 to 2006, including Customer Development Controller and Senior Category Manager. Alan's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Applied Consumer Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed between 1989 and 1992.
