Mark Kalous is an experienced professional in continuous improvement and process management, currently serving as Director of Continuous Improvement for North America at McCain Foods since September 2017. Previous roles include MDI Manager at McCain Foods and Organizational Designer at Symplicity Designs, where Mark focused on transforming organizational understanding of purpose and performance. Mark also held the position of Director of Process Improvement at Bell Aliant, spearheading Lean Six Sigma initiatives and managing a team of Black Belts. An instructor at the University of New Brunswick, Mark developed and delivered a course on process improvement strategies. Earlier career highlights include roles at Maple Leaf Consumer Foods and Temple-Inland, where Mark achieved significant financial impact through Six Sigma projects.
