Richard Efting has extensive experience in the food industry, particularly with McCain Foods where tenure began in 1990. Currently serving as Vice President Strategic Customers since August 2009, Richard leads global activities in the QSR channel and oversees the McDonald's Business Unit on a global scale. Previous roles include President of McCain International, where leadership focused on developing the brand across multiple international markets while achieving performance goals, and Director Chain Marketing for McCain Foods USA, responsible for marketing strategy within various customer segments. Richard also held the position of Sales Director for McCain South Africa and Senior Brand Manager in Canada. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University and an Associate's degree in Marketing from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
