Robert Kay

Robert Kay currently serves as the Director of Pensions & Risk Management at McCain Foods, a position held since September 2014, overseeing global pension plans and integrating new risk management roles into existing responsibilities. Prior to this role, Robert was a Senior Consultant at Aon Hewitt, guiding clients through the Canadian pension and benefits landscape, and a Consulting Actuary at Sibson Consulting, where leadership and process improvement were key focuses. Early career experience includes a consultant role at Lane Clark & Peacock LLP, acting as a primary contact for various pensions actuarial clients. Robert holds multiple actuarial credentials including FCIA from the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, FIA from the Institute of Actuaries, and MAAA from the American Academy of Actuaries, along with a BA in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.
