Saranya Pradhan

Saranya Pradhan has extensive experience in sustainability and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as the Head of Sustainability and Corporate Communications at McCain Foods since November 2018, where responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, sustainability project identification, and progress monitoring. Prior to this role, Saranya worked at HCL Foundation as a Project Coordinator from December 2016 to November 2018, focusing on strategy, design, and implementation of large-scale community development projects while managing a team of 40. Additionally, Saranya served as Programme Coordinator at Jubilant Bhartia Foundation from March 2013 to December 2016, overseeing CSR activities for Jubilant Lifesciences Ltd. Saranya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Silicon Institute of Technology and completed further studies at the Institute of Rural Management Anand.
