Shaya Selliah

Shaya Selliah is an experienced professional in human resources and analytics, currently serving as HR Delivery Lead at McCain Foods since May 2017. In this role, Shaya has successfully managed projects and report requests by collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance understanding of HR data flows across global systems. Previous positions at McCain Foods include Sr. Analyst in SAP Analytics and HR Reporting and Analytics Specialist, where Shaya provided critical data analysis and reporting support. Shaya's experience also encompasses roles at McMaster University and McMaster Students Union, where foundational knowledge in HR and customer service expertise were developed. Shaya holds an Honours B.A in Sociology from McMaster University and a Human Resources Management diploma from Seneca Polytechnic.
