Adam Tolar

Adam Tolar has extensive experience in education and coaching, currently serving as a Teacher, Coach, and Dorm Advisor at McCallie School since August 2005, where responsibilities include teaching American Literature, coaching varsity football and middle school track and field, and living on campus as a boarding advisor. Prior to McCallie School, Adam taught middle and high school English and held head coaching positions in multiple sports, including varsity football and girls lacrosse, at Saint Edward's School from 2001 to 2005. Earlier roles included teaching high school English and coaching football at Spruce Creek High School and serving as a student teacher and assistant coach at Edgewood High School. Adam holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in English Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
