Jennifer Ellis is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at McCallie School, Jennifer's previous positions include HR Business Partner at ASTEC and HR Business Operations Partner at Westinghouse Electric Company, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, leave management, and strategic planning. With a foundational career that includes roles at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Blue Cross of Idaho, and Idaho Migrant Council, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, HR policy implementation, and training development.
