Elaine Jafolla

Elaine Jafolla is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a robust background in managing HR departments across multiple law firms and organizations. Since November 2011, Elaine has been leading the HR Department at McCandlish Holton, overseeing recruitment, hiring, and on-boarding processes in a multi-practice law firm. Prior to this role, Elaine managed the Richmond Human Resources Department at Troutman Sanders LLP, where responsibility included staffing and overseeing 50 administrative personnel. Elaine's extensive experience also includes serving as a volunteer facilitator for the Traumatic Brain Injury Support Group through the Brain Injury Association of Virginia and holding HR managerial positions at Christian Barton LLP, ALLNEWSCO; NEWSCHANNEL 8, and Mark Winkler Company. Elaine earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with an emphasis on HR from Mount St. Joseph University.
