Adi Oren has a diverse range of work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a Lecturer at "HaBetzezefer" Israel's Advertising Agencies Academy. Following that, from 2008 to 2011, Adi Oren was self-employed and founded "How 2," where they built a training program in marketing and management for the new generation of advertising agencies. In 2011, Oren joined McCann Erickson as VP Client, leading the marketing strategy for Israeli market leaders, managing a profit center with an annual turnover of NIS 100 million, and creating and maintaining powerful brands in Israel. Their most recent position is as VP HR and organizational development at McCann Tel-Aviv Israel, where they are responsible for building, developing, and retaining the group's human capital, organizational culture, employee experience, and employment brand.
