Alison Panken

Alison Panken has a diverse work experience in the creative resource and recruitment field. Alison started their career as a Broadcast Production Assistant in DDB in 2010 and later moved to Arnold Worldwide as a Creative Manager in 2013. In 2014, they joined Saatchi & Saatchi as a Creative Recruiter before joining McCann New York, where they have held various positions including Creative Coordinator, Creative Resource Manager, and currently serves as an Associate Creative Resource Director.

Alison Panken earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from the University of Vermont, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
