Mariana Aguirre is experienced in various roles within the health, nutrition, and business sectors. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focusing on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Since January 2016, Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and work as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana contributed as a university instructor in applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
