Carmen Bistrian

Carmen Bistrian is a seasoned professional in the field of communication and public relations, currently serving as the Interpublic Creative Excellence Advisor at Interpublic Group since January 2025, and as the Global Product Excellence Director at McCann Worldgroup since December 2022. Carmen's career began at McCann Erickson Romania in 2006, progressing through roles including Corporate Communication Manager and Creative Excellence Manager across various divisions of McCann Worldgroup. Notably, Carmen played a pivotal role in establishing McCann Bucharest as a highly awarded agency in Central Eastern Europe. Previous experience includes positions as PR Manager at Ogilvy Public Relations and PR Supervisor at Saatchi & Saatchi, managing campaigns for prestigious brands. Carmen holds a Specialization in Communication and PR from the Eurodyssee Program and a degree in Conference Interpretation and Translation from an earlier institution.
