Sambit Mohanty

Sambit Mohanty is a seasoned creative professional with over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, currently serving as the Creative Head (North & South) at McCann Worldgroup since January 2020. Mohanty's career includes notable positions such as National Creative Director at JWT India and Creative Head (North) at DDB Mudra Group. Prior roles also include Executive Creative Director at both McCann Worldgroup and Bates Asia, as well as Creative Director at Elephant Design Pvt. Ltd. and Leo Burnett. With a strong foundation in advertising and public relations from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication and a B.A. in Political Science from Kirori Mal College, Mohanty has consistently aimed to challenge conventional thinking in creative processes.
