Shawn Jones

Shawn Jones is an experienced professional in Human Resources and tax preparation, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources Operations at McCann Erickson since June 2011. In this role, Shawn is responsible for managing employee payroll and information within the HRIS system. Additionally, since January 2001, Shawn has operated VIP Tax Services, a boutique tax preparation firm catering to individuals, small businesses, and non-profits. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at Comcast, where oversight of the employee life cycle and compliance with labor agreements was a primary focus, and coordinating for the Plant Manager at Ford Motor Company’s Dearborn Tool & Die Plant. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Michigan University.
