Isabella Hardt

Isabella Hardt is a seasoned Senior Art Director with extensive experience in the advertising industry. Currently serving at McCANN New York since October 2025, Isabella previously held senior roles at OBERLAND and worked as an Art Director at adam&eveTBWA. Earlier career stages include positions as a Junior Art Director and Art Director at DDB, along with internships at Goodby Silverstein & Partners and Zambezi, participating in The One Club's Mentor + Creative Program. Isabella began her professional journey with internships in marketing and promotions at Cameron & Company and WVUA 23 News. Isabella earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising with a Minor in Studio Art from The University of Alabama, completing studies in 2020.
