Allen Gershenson

Allen Gershenson serves as the Vice President of the Office of Ethics and Compliance at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. since October 2017 and holds the position of Director of Corporate Governance, overseeing internal controls related to ethics and regulatory compliance. Prior to this, Allen Gershenson worked at Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. Inc. as District Environmental Manager, later combining this role with District Compliance Manager and Operations, Compliance and Controls Manager, where responsibilities included environmental management and quality program oversight. Earlier experience includes serving as In-House Counsel and handling special projects at Environmental Recovery Services, Inc., and managing sales operations as Distributor Manager at Clean Harbors. Allen Gershenson earned a JD from Whittier Law School and a B.A. in Social Sciences from UC Irvine.
