Ellie Maltagliati, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and formerly in roles such as Talent Acquisition Manager and Corporate Recruiter at ARCO Construction Company, Inc. since January 2017, Maltagliati has developed expertise in HR strategies.
