Jason Coughlin

Jason Coughlin is a seasoned construction and operations professional with a robust background in managing large-scale projects. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. since May 2020, Jason previously held the position of Operations Team Member at Kiewit, contributing to the construction of the RidgeGate Campus for the new Regional Headquarters. With extensive experience at PCL Construction from 2010 to 2018, Jason managed significant projects, including the $95 million Aspen Club Spa and Fitness Center, and played a crucial role in the $160 million Aquatic Centre for the Pan Am Games. Jason's earlier career includes positions at Graham and EllisDon, enhancing their expertise in project management and construction operations. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Western University and a degree in Architectural Technology - Construction Management from Mohawk College.
