Jessica Amerson

Jessica Amerson is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Assistant Superintendent at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. since March 2022, with a background that includes roles as Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Jessica gained valuable experience through various co-op positions at The Walsh Group, working on significant projects including a 39-story residential high-rise and a half-billion dollar hospital construction project, focusing on quality assurance and program management. Additional experience includes an internship at McCarthy Building Companies and earlier roles at Camp Ondessonk, where Jessica developed leadership and problem-solving skills while working with campers and managing a herd of horses. Jessica holds an MBA from The University of Alabama and has also studied at University College Dublin and Pensacola State College.
