Mark Crosby

Mark Crosby currently serves as Vice President of Aviation at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. since May 2022 and as Commander of the Joint Domestic Operations Command for the Oregon National Guard since January 2021. Previously, Mark held the position of Principal Consultant at Ross & Baruzzini, focusing on aviation, security, emergency management, and public safety, while also serving on various national committees related to aviation security. Mark has a notable history in leadership roles within the Oregon Air National Guard, capped by positions such as Brigadier General and Director of the State Partnership Program. Prior to these roles, Mark directed public safety and security efforts at the Port of Portland and Portland International Airport, significantly enhancing the Port's emergency management and security operations post-9/11. Mark is an alumnus of the United States Air Force Academy.
