Michael Makofsky

Michael Makofsky is a principal at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Liffman, a position held since November 2009, where significant achievements include representing a foreign public corporation in a multi-million dollar acquisition and restructuring an Indian company into a US corporation to attract American investors. Prior to this role, Michael served as an attorney at McDonald Hopkins LLC from July 2001 to November 2009 and at Buckley King LPA from September 1999 to July 2001. Michael holds a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, obtained between 1996 and 1999, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut, earned from 1992 to 1996.
