Susan Dick

Susan Dick has held key roles in the legal industry, starting in 1989 as an Office Manager at Stikeman Elliott LLP, where they managed a wide range of administrative functions. In 2001, they transitioned to McCarthy Tetrault as the Director of IT Service Management, overseeing technology training, end-user support, and firm-wide projects. Susan built strong relationships across all levels of the organization and implemented ServiceNow for IT Service Management.

Susan Dick earned a BA in Psychology from The University of British Columbia from 2000 to 2005.
