Russ Devens

Russ Devens has an extensive work history in various positions. Russ began their career as a Police Officer, first with the Arlington County Police Department from 1988 to 1991, and then with the Dallas Borough Police Department from 1992 to 1998. Russ then transitioned to the insurance industry, working as a Compliance Specialist for Nationwide Insurance from 1998 to 2009. After that, they joined Eastern Insurance Group as a Commercial Lines Manager from 2010 to 2012, and later became the Vice President of Operations from 2012 to 2014. Currently, Russ is the Director of Safety & Risk Management at McCarthy Tire Service since November 2014.

Russ Devens earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from King's College between 1985 and 1989. In addition, they obtained various certifications and licenses, including being certified as Part 48 by MSHA, receiving the 30 Hour- General Industry certification from OSHA, and becoming a certified Commercial Vehicle Inspector by the PA. & U.S. D.O.T. Russ also holds a Pennsylvania Insurance License in Property & Casualty, which was obtained through the Pennsylvania Insurance Department.
