Mona Dexter

Mona Dexter serves as the Vice President of Military and Veteran Affairs at Comcast, where responsibilities include developing inclusive workplace strategies for military-connected employees and engaging military customers and community partners. In addition to this role, Mona serves as a Senior Advisor at McChrystal Group and is the Chairwoman of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans' Advisory Committee on Education. Previously, Mona held various leadership positions at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, including Chief of Staff and Vice President, overseeing operations, communications, and initiatives aimed at enhancing employment opportunities for military communities. With a strong background in workforce development and transition services for veterans and military spouses, Mona has contributed to multiple organizations focused on education and advocacy while holding academic credentials, including a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Kansas State University.
