Nicole LeFort

Nicole LeFort is a Learning Designer at the McChrystal Group. Nicole has also worked as a Project Manager for the International Association of Chiefs of Police, where they managed the IACP learning management system, IACPlearn, which houses hundreds of live and on-demand virtual training, webinars, and podcasts. Nicole has also worked as a Data Intern for FOCUS (Friends of Choice in Urban Schools) and as a Programs and Development Intern for the DC Arts and Humanities Education Collaborative. In addition, Nicole interned for the Massachusetts House of Representatives in May 2013.

Nicole LeFort has a Master of Arts in Sociology from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The George Washington University, and a High School diploma from Thayer Academy. Nicole also has certification from LinkedIn in Asking Great Sales Questions, Effective Listening, Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Adaptive Project Leadership, Building Creative Organizations, Writing in Plain English, Microsoft Teams Tips and Tricks (2018), Learning SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business Essential Training, and Building Trust.
