Owen Daugherty

Owen Daugherty is the current Communications Manager at the McChrystal Group. Owen was previously a reporter for the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) from March 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were a digital journalist for The Hill from October 2018 to March 2020, where they utilized social media to monitor breaking news and trending storylines while covering national and international politics. Owen also has experience as a writer and editor for WTOP News, where they were responsible for writing original daily and enterprise news articles with a focus on life in the D.C. metropolitan area.

Owen Daugherty has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs Journalism from The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences.
