Cassie M. Shores

Cassie M. Shores has a strong background in sales and account management. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a National Account Manager at IST Management Services. Cassie M. then moved on to Paycom in 2014, where they held the position of Executive Account Manager until 2016. At Paycom, they specialized in cloud-based human capital management software. In 2016, Cassie joined MCCi as the Director of Account Management, where they worked with public sector agencies and commercial businesses on records and document management. Within MCCi, they also served as the Director of Sales Operations and the Director of Sales for JustFOIA. Currently, Cassie is employed at JustFOIA as the Director of Sales, contributing to the end-to-end management of records requests for clients across the country.

Cassie M. Shores attended Chipola College from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Following that, they enrolled at Florida State University from 2009 to 2011, earning their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations.
