Cassie M. Shores has a strong background in sales and account management. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a National Account Manager at IST Management Services. Cassie M. then moved on to Paycom in 2014, where they held the position of Executive Account Manager until 2016. At Paycom, they specialized in cloud-based human capital management software. In 2016, Cassie joined MCCi as the Director of Account Management, where they worked with public sector agencies and commercial businesses on records and document management.
