Derick Proulx has a diverse range of work experience in the IT and support field. Derick started their career as a Support Technician at Datamaxx in 2006. Derick then moved on to the Florida Department of Revenue, where they worked as a Distributed Computer Systems Analyst from 2006 to 2011. In this role, they provided desktop support for over 300 users and managed the Imaging Management Solution for processing state taxes. Derick then joined MCCi in 2011 and held various positions, including Support Manager, IT/Support Manager, IT Manager, and currently, they hold the position of Director of Support Services.
Derick Proulx attended Tallahassee Community College from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Networking and End User Support. In addition, they have obtained the certification of Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in May 2022.
