Ken Giannotti has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on large-scale development projects. From 1998 to 2008, they served as Senior Vice President at Stanford Ranch I, LLC. During this time, they played a key role in overseeing the development of residential, commercial, and office buildings. In 2008, they joined McClellan Business Park as Senior Vice President. In this position, they were responsible for managing a wide range of amenities and facilities, including an airport, hotel, fitness facility, and rail system. ken also oversaw the development of office, industrial, retail, and residential buildings on a 3,000-acre property.
Ken Giannotti attended SJND from 1971 to 1975 for their high school education. Following that, they completed their BSC/MBA in Finance/Real Estate from Santa Clara University between 1976 and 1982.

McClellan Business Park
The County of Sacramento selected McClellan Business Park, LLC, in 1999 to acquire and redevelop McClellan Air Force Base. McClellan Air Force Base was renamed McClellan Business Park (McClellan Park) in 2001. McClellan Park boasts a fully-operational airport, full-service hotel, fitness facility, rail system, office, industrial, retail and dormitories. The project consists of 3,000 acres with approximately 8.5 million square feet of useable buildings and 500 acres of developable land and is fully entitled for over 16 million square feet of commercial, retail, office and residential buildings.
