Andrew Both

Andrew Both is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing and procurement management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Supply Chain at McClement Management Group since February 2017. In this role, Andrew manages an annual food spend of $900MM, ensuring supplier compliance with McDonald's business and quality expectations while employing established measurement tools to assess supplier performance. Previous roles include Director of Supply Chain and Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing at McClement, as well as experience at McCain Foods in supply planning and logistics. Andrew's career also includes positions in merchandise planning at Sears Holdings Corporation and inventory management at Wilton Brands Inc. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Illinois Chicago.
