Dustin Leo

Dustin Leo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Dustin started their career at Snyder & Associates, Inc. in 2010, where they provided clients with innovative solutions for civil engineering issues. Dustin worked as a project designer, project manager, and client service manager. In 2013, they joined DGR Engineering as a Civil Engineer and stayed with the company until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at JEO Consulting Group, Inc. as a Civil Engineer. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at McClure, a role they assumed in July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Executive Vice President at McClure from 2019 until July 2022.

Dustin Leo attended Iowa State University from 2007 to 2010, majoring in Civil Engineering.
