David Barto P.E.

David Barto P.E. is a Senior Project Executive at McClure Company, bringing over 29 years of expertise in leadership, planning, engineering, financial management, and quality control in the design and construction of complex facilities. They served as Vice President of Mechanical Engineering at Barton Associates from 2001 to 2014 and held various leadership roles at Penn State Health, including Director and Vice President of Facilities Planning & Construction. David was also a Board Member for the Pennsylvania Society for Health Facility Engineers from 2022 to 2023.
