Michael Grochalski

Michael Grochalski, PE, CEM, CMVP serves as the Director of Engineered Services Operations at McClure Company since January 2013, with previous roles including Senior Project Development Engineer, Project Development Engineer, and Project Specialist. In addition to current responsibilities, Michael was an Executive Board Member at Bayside Pride Investment Group, LLC from January 2013 to December 2018, contributing to company strategy and member representation. Michael's earlier experience includes a Community Assistant/Courtesy Officer position at State College Park Apartments, focusing on maintaining community standards for over 748 tenants, and a summer internship as a Project Manager at McClure Company, assisting in operations for a $5 million project. Furthermore, work at Sieber's Landscaping involved the design and engineering of over 120 projects, generating over $1 million in revenue. Michael pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Penn State University from 2008 to 2012.
