Scott Gaiser

Scott Gaiser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors, including real estate, engineering, and military service. Currently serving as Managing Director at McClure Company since March 2025, Gaiser previously held the position of Senior Director of Real Estate at the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association & Foundation, managing the development of a significant headquarters project with a $38 million budget. Gaiser also served as Operations Manager and Director of Engineering at Akridge, overseeing a vast commercial portfolio, and as Senior Associate at Paramount Group, managing trophy assets in Washington, D.C. Early career roles included positions at FBR, the U.S. Navy at the Pentagon, and aboard USS Bunker Hill CG-52, where Gaiser managed operations and training. Gaiser holds a BS in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business.
