Rebecca Huff, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Director of HR at McCombs Enterprises since October 2024. Previously, Rebecca held roles at Dura Software as People Team Director & Chief of Staff and at Evestra, Inc. as Director of People & Operations, where significant improvements in employee retention rates and talent development were achieved. Prior experience includes positions as Accounting Manager at KIPP San Antonio Public Schools, focusing on optimizing accounting operations, and as Senior Accountant at Killeen ISD, where strategic initiatives enhanced financial sustainability. Rebecca holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary College, and a certificate in Human Resources from Rice University.
