Brian Orsinger has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian is currently an Employee Benefits Executive Consultant at McConkey Insurance & Benefits, a leading insurance consulting firm. Prior to this, Brian worked as the PA Employee Benefits Practice Leader at McGriff, the 6th largest insurance brokerage in the US. Brian also served as the Chief Operating Officer at PA Chamber Insurance, where they led the enterprise restructure and achieved significant revenue and income growth. Before that, Brian worked at USI Insurance Services as an AVP and Senior Consultant. Brian was also the National Practice Lead for Ancillary Benefits at Key Insurance & Benefits Services, which was later acquired by USI Insurance Services. Brian's earlier experience includes roles at First Niagara Bank, Banyan Consulting, Sovereign Benefits Consulting, Select Medical Corporation, and the U.S. House of Representatives. Throughout their career, Brian has built expertise in employee benefits consulting, strategic resource development, sales growth, client retention, and financial analysis.

Brian Orsinger graduated from Cedar Cliff High School in 1997 with a diploma. Brian then attended Gettysburg College from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English. During their time at Gettysburg College, Brian also participated in the International Business Program at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen in 2000. In terms of additional certifications, Brian obtained the following: Voluntary Benefits Specialist (VBS) from the National Underwriter Company in February 2016, Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from The Wharton School in June 2014, Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in December 2013, Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) from the National Underwriter Company in July 2009, Group Benefits Associate (GBA) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in December 2007, and the PA Resident Producer - Life and Fixed Annuities, Accident & Health; Property, Casualty and Allied Lines from the PA Insurance Department in September 2005.
