Ryan McDonough

Ryan McDonough is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and business transformation. Currently serving as the Group Business Applications Transformation Manager at McConnell Dowell since November 2007, Ryan has successfully led significant initiatives, including the rollout of a New Business platform featuring Customer Relationship Management and Forecasting. As the former General Manager for New Business & Strategy in South East Asia, Ryan played a pivotal role in tripling the Business Unit's Work in Hand to over SGD $640 million. Ryan's background includes managing large teams and overseeing multi-million dollar infrastructure projects, such as the SAV & KAP Stations and Tunnels Project. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration specializing in Project Management from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from UNSW.
