Douglas Rollins is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the food service industry. Currently serving as Banquet Chef and Cook at McConnell Golf since June 2020, Douglas previously owned and operated CockADoodleMoo as Executive Chef from July 2014 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes tenure as Executive Chef at the N.C. State University Club from August 2007 to July 2014 and Executive Sous Chef at Carolina Country Club from September 2000 to June 2007.
