Magda Boyles

Magda Boyles is an accomplished corporate counsel at McConnell Valdés LLC in San Juan, Puerto Rico, since March 2009. Previously, Magda served as a Corporate, Finance & Transactions Attorney at Vedder Price, P.C. in Chicago and held a board member role at the Illinois Finance Authority, where leadership in establishing the Diversity Committee was demonstrated. Prior legal experience includes positions at Schwartz Cooper Chartered and Pepsi Americas, alongside significant roles in public relations with True North/Foote, Cone & Belding Communications and the Puerto Rico Tourism Company. Magda holds a Juris Doctorate in Business from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, and a B.S. in Advertising with a minor in Marketing from Syracuse University.
