LaShunda Gonzalez has over 15 years of experience in affordable housing and finance. Her depth of experience includes project management, relationship management, workforce development, strategic planning, project management, contract negotiations, and public and government relations including the HUD Choice Neighborhood program. As Senior Vice President of Development, she manages all aspects of the development process, including leveraging and securing project financing and coordinating a diverse team of specialists, consultants, investors, residents, stakeholders and public officials for her projects.
