Ms. Angus has broad experience in community redevelopment, from deal origination and new business development, to large-scale, community master-planning efforts, financial structuring and implementation. She manages all aspects of the development process in her transformative projects, including leveraging and securing project financing, and coordinating a diverse team of specialists, consultants, investors, residents, stakeholders and public officials.
