Tom Currell has over 20 years of experience orchestrating real estate development projects including feasibility analyses, site selection, acquisition, project planning, design, entitlement, financing and construction activities throughout the

United States. As a Senior Vice President of Development, Mr. Currell sources new projects, manages the finance, design, construction and legal teams during development and throughout the process collaborates with external partners and community stakeholders. He works to leverage public, private and philanthropic resources to develop communities in low and moderate income neighborhoods.
