James Leddy

James Leddy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and customer service. Currently serving as a Training Instructor and Line Maintainer/Operator at McCormick & Company since April 2012, James contributes to the company's growth in the spice and seasoning industry, managing training initiatives for various product lines. Prior to this role, James worked as a Training Consultant at Ford Motor Company from September 2002 to January 2012, and as a Customer Liaison at Slush Puppie Southwestern Ontario from April 1998 to January 2002, where strong organizational skills and attention to detail resulted in excellent customer service outcomes. James holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Windsor and completed additional education at St. Clair College and St. Joseph's Catholic High School in St. Thomas.
