Jennifer McMillion

Jennifer McMillion is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Global Diversity & Inclusion at McCormick & Company since August 2014, Jennifer develops and implements initiatives that enhance workforce diversity and community relations. Previous roles at McCormick included leading global learning and development programs and managing training logistics for a large employee base. Prior experience includes communication and learning development roles at T. Rowe Price and Comcast Cable, as well as teaching government and social science at Archbishop Spalding High School. Jennifer holds a degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
