Luke Barker

Luke Barker is a seasoned professional in Quality Systems and Food Safety, currently serving as Senior Manager at McCormick & Company since November 2015, after progressing from Quality Assurance Manager. Previously, Luke held the role of Quality Assurance Manager at Coolibah Herbs, one of Australia's largest producers of organic and conventional vegetables, overseeing a team dedicated to producing Safe Quality Food. Luke's career began as a Cleaner Production Consultant at City West Water and included roles such as Project Manager at EPA - Victoria and Senior Technical Coordinator at Coca-Cola Amatil, where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance and environmental management projects. Luke holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering Science from UNSW and a First Class Honours degree in Applied Science from RMIT University.
