Lydia Perez Poole

Lydia Perez Poole serves as the Director of Global Sustainability at McCormick & Company since October 2018, following prior roles including Director and Senior Manager of Consumer & Market Insights. With significant experience at Procter & Gamble from June 2006 to September 2018, Lydia held various positions such as Analytics & Insights Manager for the Rite Aid Customer Team, overseeing strategies to boost sales, and Consumer & Market Knowledge Manager for Corporate Strategy, managing over 200 vendors to enhance service quality. Lydia has also contributed to launching energy efficiency programs in Maine as Program Manager for the Efficiency Maine Trust and has experience in strategic project management with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority. Lydia holds an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Strategy from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
