Lynette Bird McIpd

Lynette Bird, MCIPD, serves as the HR Director EMEA at McCormick & Company, where expertise in leading HR teams and executing HR strategies across the EMEA region is demonstrated. With a strong background in HR leadership, Lynette has held significant positions at Bayer as a Senior HR Partner, focusing on corporate functions and diverse leadership teams, as well as at RBS, where functional transformation and culture alignment were key responsibilities. Lynette’s experience also includes roles at CNOOC International as a Global HR Business Partner and at AWE as an HR Manager, managing large, diverse teams and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree from Sheffield Hallam University, a Chartered Membership from the University of West London, and ongoing studies at Henley Business School in Leadership Coaching.
